FCC-STRPL-8G extends the operating frequency range beyond the existing equipment, and now allows the conducted emission and immunity test of integrated circuits to reach 8 GHz.
FCC-STRPL-8G extends the operating frequency range beyond the existing equipment, and now allows the conducted emission and immunity test of integrated circuits to reach 8 GHz. The integrated circuit is mounted on a standardized test fixture (defined in IEC 61967-2), which is fixed in place. The 8GHz stripline accepts integrated circuits mounted on the fixture designed for the JM series of TEM cells. Once installed, measurements according to IEC 61967-2, SAE 1752-3 and IEC 62132-8 can be performed to 8GHz. For the immunity test, a peak electric field level exceeding 375V/m can be achieved through the provided terminal.
