The antenna group consists of 14 normal-mode helical antennas and a broadband flat element antenna. The flat element antenna is derived from a small biconical antenna and includes a polystyrene 50 mm rangefinder.
All parts are stored in a shipping box and embedded with shock-absorbing foam material to avoid damage during transportation.
