The injection probe calibration fixture is part of the test equipment required by most high current test procedures. The test fixture allows users to quickly and easily calibrate the injection probe before performing compliance testing.
This calibration device has two important advantages:
1. Due to the variable circuit impedance or resonance in cables and cable looms, the calibration fixture can be used to determine the forward power injected into the probe to generate a specified current in the test system;
2. This fixture can be used to measure the insertion loss of the injected probe.
