The patented diaphragm design provides a wide frequency response, excellent field uniformity, low voltage standing wave ratio and low insertion loss.
FCC-TEM-JM1 and FCC-TEM-JM2 are ideal models for conducting radiation emission testing of semiconductor devices according to SAE 1752/3.
JM series TEM cell can be used for immunity test, only need less than 3.7mW input power can reach 10V/m electric field, 37W can reach 1000V/m electric field.
