FCC-TEM-JM5 extends the operating frequency range beyond existing equipment and now allows 3GHz conducted emission and immunity tests on integrated circuits. The integrated circuit is mounted on a standardized test fixture (defined in IEC 61967-2), the fixture is fixed in place, the integrated circuits that have been mounted on these fixtures can be mounted on the 3GHz TEM cell, Once installed, measurements according to IEC 61967-2, SAE 1752-3 and IEC 62132-8 can be performed up to 3 GHz.
FCC-TEM-JM5 can be used for immunity test, only need less than 3.7mW input power can reach 10V/m electric field, 37W can reach 1000V/m electric field.
