The active shielded loop antenna has an almost constant antenna factor in the entire frequency range ( 9 kHz-30 MHz), and is battery driven to minimize interference from the power line.
The active loop antenna FMZB 1519 B can be used for frequency selective measurement of magnetic fields (virtual electric fields) in the long wave, medium wave and short wave frequency ranges. It can be used for testing according to CISPR, MIL, FCC, EN, ISO, ANSI, ETSI and many other standards.
Application :
Place the switch in the ON position. The green LED must be on. LED display green-battery OK, LED display green and red-charging, LED display red-low battery. The antenna can work even if the battery is low, but the performance is limited. During charging, the switch must be in the OFF position, otherwise it cannot be charged! The charger cannot work when the power switch is ON (usually in the test state).
One end of the coaxial cable is connected to the BNC connector of FMZB1519B, and the other end is connected to the input end of the measurement receiver.
